The storage conditions of the motor shall be selected according to its protection grade and the characteristics of the suitable equipment to ensure that the installation size and the quality characteristics of the motor will not deteriorate during the storage of the motor.
1.Three kinds of asynchronous motors in social production should be placed in a dry and ventilated warehouse. The suitable temperature in the warehouse shall be generally maintained within the range of 5 ℃ ~ 35 ℃, and the relative humidity in the warehouse shall not be higher than 65%. The invasion of harmful substances such as harmful gas, steam, smoke and dust shall be prevented.
2.The three-phase asynchronous motor shall be made of organic insect proof materials.
3.General inspection and maintenance shall be carried out for the long-term stored motor every six months, and the insulation resistance shall be measured once. If there is a significant reduction, it shall be dried.
4.Spare machine management requirements
1. Do a good job in the inspection, cleaning and other maintenance of antifreeze, anti solidification, thermal insulation, anti-corrosion, lubrication, electrical insulation and other contents of the three-phase asynchronous motor, so as to ensure that the standby motor is in good condition and can be put into use at any time. The three-phase asynchronous motor with problems shall be filed and assigned.
Regularly check the integrity of the standby motor, and check and deal with the high humidity storage point (i.e. the relative humidity exceeds 65) once a month; The low humidity storage point shall be inspected once every half a year, the drying storage point shall be inspected once a year, and the contents of the motor shall be inspected
a) Insulation resistance measurement: when the rated voltage of three-phase asynchronous motor is less than 1000V, the insulation resistance at room temperature shall not be less than 0.5 megohm; When the heating rated voltage of three-phase asynchronous motor is > 1000V, the insulation resistance at room temperature shall not be less than 1 megohm per kilovolt;
b) Measurement of absorption ratio of motor insulation resistance: the absorption ratio shall not be less than 1.3;
c) Manual turning inspection: check the lubrication of motor bearings and whether there are friction problems.
2. Regularly record the turning of standby motor
According to the actual production situation, the turning cycle of the standby motor shall be customized by category. For the standby motor with interlocking, the turning operation must be carried out on the premise of ensuring production and personal safety, and each turning operation shall not be less than 1.5 turn. Obvious turning marks shall be marked on the exposed parts of the rotating equipment (such as shaft head, coupling, etc.), which shall correspond to the turning cycle. Make records of motor turning.
3. Regular switching system of standby motor
The regular switching inspection system shall be implemented for all standby motors, and the operation mode of over time load fatigue use and no switching without accident is strictly prohibited. A reasonable switching cycle shall be formulated according to the structure, operation characteristics and maintenance cycle of the standby equipment, because when the standby equipment needs to be started in advance due to the failure of the operating equipment, the cycle can be calculated from the switching date to avoid frequent switching.
After the standby motor is put into operation, it shall meet the process requirements and the specified operation cycle to ensure the normal production. For the motor equipment and materials that are stopped after switching, measures shall be taken to prevent material mixing, and maintenance work shall be done well. The equipment caused by failure shall be overhauled in time to ensure that it can be started at any time and switched anywhere.
After each switching, carefully record the tag number, name, start-up time, shutdown time, before and after technical data (such as medium temperature, medium pressure, bearing temperature, equipment vibration, start-up current, running current, running voltage, etc.) and operators of the switching equipment.
4. The standby motor shall have reliable power and can be connected and used at any time, and corresponding safety measures shall be taken. The automatic release device of standby power supply must carry out action test regularly.
